Iapop
This is the website for the International Association of Process Oriented Psychology (IAPOP). It shows the various activities of the association, its members and visitors can buy digital products. The site is multilingual and is available in six languages.The site can be accessed a https://www.iapop.com.
WordPress was used for the website development, categories were created and a drop down menu. Administrators can create and manage the content of the website pages and blog using the WordPress administration panel. Plugins were installed to fulfill the system requirements, the most important ones are:
NexGen Gallery: photo gallery with slideshow and effects using JQuery
All in One SEO Pack: used for search engine optimization
WPML: this is the plugin that enables the multilingual support on the system. It has the features to manage the default language and the content translations.
- EasyFileShop: this plugin allows the administrators to add media files (PDF, MP3, Videos, Documents,etc), that can be bought through the website. Visitors can buy these products through Paypal.
It was also developed a customized plugin to show profile information of all the members of the site; like name, website address, country, state, city, Avatar (picture).
